Usage

Vital Nutrition nourishing shampoo Apply to damp hair, massage until it lathers, and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed. Vital Nutrition nourishing conditioner Apply after rinsing out the shampoo. Leave on for 1–3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Get A Grip texturizing spray 1. Shake well and spray onto dry hair roots from about 15 cm away, then work in. 2. Focus on areas where you want more texture or hold. 3. Style as desired — from loose tousled waves to textured braids or a full, lifted style.
